Rod “Champ” Hairston- SCEM Executive Director (contact)
Rod remains in the “pulse” of the community and with his confident, yet humble demeanor, He is responsible for operations, program development and management, fundraising, and staff supervision. Champ is the husband of SCEM Founder- Jemeker Hairston and supported SCEM from fruition. Rod has a diverse business and technical background, however, his best credential is “LIFE Experiences” and the ability to share with others how to live LIFE to the fullness—regardless of the circumstances with integrity and humanity. Rod draws the support and admiration of his peers and is a mentor to the youth in the community.
Robin Cash- SCEM Ambassador of Outreach
Robin has a sincere heart for “people” and is a true asset to SCEM. She is constantly in the community, gathering resources and providing hope through SCEM outreach programs. Robin also assists in improving the operations of SCEM programs.

| Anita Kaufman-Executive Advisor (contact)
Anita Kaufman work closely with the SCEM's Executive Team and advise the board on implementing the projected organization's vision. She also serves as liaison with SCEM Directors and the Community. She provides on-going client feedback to SCEM's staff; and is responsible for looking at the multidimensional scope of SCEM business while actively participating in devising the strategies and recommendations on adjustments to markets, territories or program assignments.
