Second Chance Evangelist Ministry (SCEM) is a ministry partner with World Vision of Southern California. SCEM seeks to help in every community where people struggling to survive, and to help people regain their livelihood once they are released from prison. As a partner with World Vision, SCEM is able to meet the needs of people through resources provided by the World Vision Storehouse. Our goal is to help better the circumstances of people by providing clothing, safe shelter, toiletries, and school supplies.
SCEM also works in conjunction with World Vision to assist those ordered to fulfill community service hours.
