Rod “Champ” Hairston- SCEM Executive Director (contact)
Rod remains in the “pulse” of the community and with his confident, yet humble demeanor, He is responsible for operations, program development and management, fundraising, and staff supervision. Champ is the husband of SCEM Founder- Jemeker Thompson-Hairston and supported SCEM from fruition. Rod has a diverse business and technical background, however, his best credential is “LIFE Experiences” and the ability to share with others how to live LIFE to the fullness—regardless of the circumstances with integrity and humanity. Rod draws the support and admiration of his peers and is a mentor to the youth in the community.
Robin Cash- SCEM Ambassador of Outreach
Robin has a sincere heart for “people” and is a true asset to SCEM. She is constantly in the community, gathering resources and providing hope through SCEM outreach programs. Robin also assists in improving the operations of SCEM programs.
